Cover Luca Original 3-Seat Sofa Petrol

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the lifespan and maintain the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have compiled some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then patting or fluffing them.

TURN THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, turn the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful tip is to swap the positions of your back and seat cushions from time to time, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the life of the cushions.

Delivery time

• Furniture in stock is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks.During peak season, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose between curbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a designated spot. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are shown at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method Delivery to Service Point, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to detail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the shipping method Pick Up Yourself, these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be careful to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. • Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to the last accessible place by road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires the jetty to be accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.
