Cover Luca Grande 2-Seat Sofa Dotted Black

Care

For all MELIMELI furniture, dry cleaning is recommended. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the lifespan and preserve the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have gathered some simple tips to ensure that your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their side or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then patting or fluffing them.

FLIP THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, flip the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING SPOT

Another useful trick is to swap the positions of your back and seat cushions from time to time, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the cushions' lifespan.

The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unwrapping, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery personnel on site.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Delivery to Service Point," these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our retail assortment with the shipping method "Pick Up Yourself," these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorframes, staircases, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. • Please note that you as the customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last accessible location by car. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.
