Luca Grande 3-Seat Sofa Blush

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To prolong the life and maintain the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have compiled some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or patting them.

TURN THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, turn the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful trick is to swap the positions of your back and seat cushions occasionally, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the cushions' lifespan.

SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 working days.
• Furniture in stock is normally shipped within 3-14 working days.
• Custom-made furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During high season, summer and Christmas, custom orders are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carrying into the specified location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs and footstools which are assembled by delivery personnel on site.
• If you have ordered products from our retail range with the delivery method "Delivery to Postal Agent", these will be sent by PostNord or DHL to your nearest postal agent. This also applies to retail products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our retail range with the delivery method "Pick Up Yourself", these can be collected from our shop in Gamla Stan.
• Please make sure to measure doorways, stairs and other spaces that may limit access during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as normal returns, where you as the customer will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you as the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping costs in the event that you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last accessible location by road. If you wish for further delivery into the archipelago, for example to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can moor with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and returns

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers or other items that are custom-ordered at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or if the original packaging is damaged or missing.

Refunds

• Refunds are made once the return has been received and approved.
