Lucie Grande 3-Seat Sofa Dotted Black

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the lifespan and maintain the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have compiled some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or tap them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then fluffing or tapping them.

ROTATE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, rotate the inner cushions of both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING SPOT

Another useful trick is to occasionally swap the positions of your back and seat cushions, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the life of the cushions.

SWEDEN

Delivery Time

• Interior details such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• Furniture in stock is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During peak seasons, summer, and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and Carry-in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose kerbside delivery or delivery with carry-in to the designated location. Prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. Please note that carry-in does notinclude unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is subject to an extra charge and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled on-site by delivery personnel.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the "Delivery to Parcel Agent" shipping method, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest parcel agent. This also applies to detailed products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our detailed assortment with the "Self-Pickup" shipping method, these can be collected at our store in Gamla Stan.
• Please be careful to measure door frames, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as standard returns, where you, the customer, will be charged for failed delivery.
• Please note that you, as the customer, will be charged for the return shipping and any new shipping cost in the event that you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago Deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery usually takes place to the last location accessible by car. If you wish to have further delivery into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the transporter can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

• If your item is an in-stock item at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, MELIMELI offers an extended return period of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in unopened packaging/wrapping.

If your product was an in-stock item at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with the 30% down payment being non-refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of interior details.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for interior details: To make you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. For all orders placed during November and December, the right of return applies until January 7th. This applies to unopened packaging and upon presentation of receipt or order number.
• To return an item, please contact us: info@melimelihome.se.
• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of being handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or the original packaging or wrapping being damaged or missing.

Refund

• Refunds are made when the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping.
• The return shipping cost for interior details is SEK 150. For furniture, the return shipping cost is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and delivering your furniture.
