Bella Headboard Amber 160 cm

Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Our linen blend is a living material that changes and becomes more beautiful over time.

To extend the lifespan and maintain the comfort of your seat cushions and back cushions, regular care is essential. We have gathered some simple tips to ensure your cushions remain soft and supportive.

FLUFF REGULARLY

Seat cushions and back cushions should be fluffed once a week. For seat cushions, it works best to stand them on their edge or pat them from the side. Back cushions should be fluffed by placing them flat and then patting or fluffing them.

TURN THE INNER CUSHIONS

To distribute pressure evenly, turn the inner cushions in both seat cushions and back cushions approximately every six months.

VARY YOUR SEATING POSITION

Another useful trick is to swap the position of your back and seat cushions occasionally, as we often tend to sit in the same spot on the sofa. This helps to even out wear and tear and extends the life of your cushions.

SWEDEN

Delivery time

• Home decor items such as blankets, cushion covers, bedding, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 business days.
• In-stock furniture is normally shipped within 3-14 business days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally shipped within 6-8 weeks. During high season, summer and Christmas, made-to-order items are shipped within 9-11 weeks instead.

Delivery and carrying in

• Throughout Sweden, you can choose curbside delivery or delivery with carrying in to a designated location. The prices for this depend on where in the country you live and are displayed at checkout when you enter your postal code. Please note that carrying in does notinclude unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
• In some parts of the country, you can also choose assembly with your delivery. This is done at an extra cost and applies to our sofas, armchairs, and footstools, which are assembled by delivery personnel on-site.
• If you have ordered products from our decor range with the shipping method Delivery to Service Point, these will be sent with PostNord or DHL to your nearest service point. This also applies to decor products ordered in conjunction with a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa or armchair.
• If you have ordered products from our decor range with the shipping method Pick Up Yourself, these can be collected from our store in Gamla Stan.
• Be sure to measure doorframes, stairs, and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are handled as regular returns where you, as the customer, are charged for the failed delivery.
• Please note that as a customer, you will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping costs if you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Archipelago deliveries

• For deliveries to the archipelago, delivery normally takes place to the last accessible location via car road. If you wish for delivery further out into the archipelago, for example, to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service at info@melimelihome.sewhen placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities and provide a price proposal. Please note that delivery to a private jetty requires that the jetty is accessible and safe for transport, and that the carrier can dock with a boat.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas, where each module is delivered separately.
• Depending on the fabric choice, our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one or both armrests disassembled.

Right of withdrawal and return

• If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels intact.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, covers, or other items that are made-to-order at the time of order, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is because the item is specially ordered or custom-made. For exercising the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the placed order, 30% of the product price will not be refunded.
• In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, MELIMELI offers an extended return policy of a total of 100 days on our furniture, under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of return, the product must be in saleable condition in an unopened package/packaging.

If your product was in stock at the time of order, the full product price will be refunded upon approved return. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.
If your product was a made-to-order item instead, 70% of the product price will be refunded, with 30% of the down payment not being refundable. No shipping or return costs will be refunded.

• The extended right of return does not apply to products from our range of home decor items.
• Extended right of return during Christmas for home decor items: To make you feel secure with your Christmas gift purchases, we have extended the right of return. • To return an item, please contact us: info@melimelihome.se.
• Please note that a deduction may be made if the product's value has decreased as a result of handling it more than necessary to ascertain its characteristics or function. This may apply, for example, if the return conditions are not met, such as the product not being in new condition or if the original packaging is damaged or missing.

Refund

• A refund will be issued once the return has been received and approved.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the full amount for the product will be refunded. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item during the return shipment.
• Return shipping for home decor items is 150 SEK. For furniture, the return shipping is the same as the shipping price you paid when ordering and receiving your furniture.
